Since launching our 12 days of Pier Pledges in December last year, we have continued to carry out a Pier Pledge every month, donating time and resources to a variety of organisations throughout the year.
During this time we have supported amazing causes including:

- The Bus Shelter Ipswich
- Basic Life Charity
- Ormiston Families
- The Trussell Trust
- Zest Ipswich (St Elizabeth Hospice)

- Felixstowe Old Peoples Welfare Association
This December, for the Pier Christmas Pledge, we helped bring some Christmas cheer to some very special people at the Ipswich Hospital School.
Many people don’t realise that the hospital has a school on site. It provides vital continuity of education for children, offering those in need a safe environment to learn whilst under the hospital’s care.
The children and staff enjoyed a Christmas party on Pier, unwrapping gifts, crafting an array of decorations and of course there was plenty of festive food! The school was in need of a portable DVD and CD player in order to take music, audio books and films to bedsides. We were thrilled to be able to gift these to them.
