But the truth is that meaningful culture evolves over time from an agency’s collective action and passion. At Pier it manifests in daily wellbeing check-ins, in how we treat each other both as a team and as individuals, in how we interact with our clients and the importance we place on professional and personal development.

We want to run our business as ethically as possible. Here we’ve laid out Pier’s Environmental, Social and Governance performance and what we’re doing to improve.

What we've done

  • Use a raft of policies and processes to guide the socially responsible running of our business
  • Monitor our carbon footprint and introduced new measures to reduce our impact
  • Provide employees with a health and wellbeing programme, recognised by a Healthy Workplace Award
  • Achieved PRCA Communications Management System (CMS) accreditation in recognition of our high standards
  • Donate 1% of our profit to fighting climate change
