Diary note for October – get baking for Rainbow Trust

With the summer we’ve had, none of us want to think about the clocks going back in October, but it’s been a big focus at Pier over the last week or so as we put together plans for a great charity initiative.

From 22-28 October our lovely client Rainbow Trust is urging everyone – young and old – to use the extra hour they gain to get baking and hold their own ‘Big Hour Cake Sale’.

Pier secured a host of TV chef and celebrity support for the campaign, including Rachel Khoo, Valentine Warner, Will Torrent and Royal Wedding cake maker Fiona Cairns, along wth key sponsor Wrights Baking.

We urge everyone to visit www.thebighour.org.uk and sign up to receive a fundraising pack to hold your own event.
