Pier recognised amongst UK’s biggest agencies

Suffolk based Pier PR and Marketing has been shortlisted for a prestigious industry award.

The award-winning agency has made the list of finalists for the PRCA Dare Award in the Media Relations category for its work with Ipswich-based Spirit Yachts. The winner will be announced at an event in London on July 19th.

Pier has been recognised for its part in helping Spirit Yachts smash its sales target. Through a targeted PR campaign, Pier achieved multi-media coverage to reach a niche consumer market resulting in a rise in buyer enquiries and a 300% increase in sales.

Kate Bowden Smith, Pier’s managing director, said: “This is another fantastic result for us.
“To be recognised as a finalist amongst some of the very best agencies in the UK is a real accolade.”

The PRCA Dare awards are open to PR consultancies, in-house communications team, digital agencies, marketing teams and media owners across the UK.

Established in 2008, Pier develops integrated PR & marketing campaigns that drive sales, awareness and reputation. Clients include ScottishPower Renewables, East of England Co-op, Kerry Foods and Spirit Yachts.
