PRCA Membership for East Anglian PR Agency Pier

Pier is delighted to announce its membership of the PRCA (Public Relations Consultants Association) which promotes excellence within the PR industry.

We’ll shortly undergo the Association’s rigorous Communication Management Standards (CMS) audit. The CMS is internationally recognised as the gold standard for PR excellence and provides clients with the reassurance that their PR Agency operates according to standards of best practice. The PRCA CMS is endorsed by ICCO (the International Communications Consultancy Association).

As a growing PR Agency, membership of the PRCA is part of Pier’s continual commitment to provide both its clients and media partners with the highest levels of service.

Speaking about the announcement, Kate Bowden Smith, Director and Founder of Pier said: “We are delighted to be accepted as members of the PRCA. The team at Pier is dedicated to providing a professional, effective service for its clients. Working with the PRCA will ensure our standards of practice are of the highest level and will provide a strong framework for Pier’s continued growth.”
